For digital assistants:

- the chat content (for all chatbot versions)
- your Facebook username (if you are using Facebook Messenger)
- The username of the social media platform in all other cases, the date and time of registration.
Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing is to analyze and optimize the services provided and to make services available to citizens (beneficiaries of the digital services provided by the respective municipality).
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of users’ personal data is based on the processing necessary for the effective and immediate service of users upon submission of a relevant query or request [Article 6, paragraph 1 (b) of the GDPR], for the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of the respective organization and/or its compliance with its legal obligations [Article 6, paragraph 1 (f) and (c) of the GDPR].
Recipients of users’ personal data
The above personal data of users will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. By way of exception, authorized partners and employees of Crowdpolicy and the respective organization, as well as third parties, administrative, public, or judicial authorities, if this is provided for by existing legislation or for other legal reasons.
